Late in the evening standing at the edge of the pier at Hanalei Harbor on Kaui, a skiff sets out to it’s sail boat’s mooring in the mist of a rain squall shrouding the bay and Mount Waialeale. This is one of the wettest places on earth. The sense of heading out to sea in a storm captured my imagination when looking through the lens.
A PENTAX *ist D DSLR camera with a 45mm lens with a F-Stop f/5.6; shutter speed at 1/8th Second; with set at ISO 200 were used to capture this photo of Hanalei Harbor.
